Nebbiolo is a varietal originally from Nothern Italy and used to make Barolo and Barbaresco. The Nebbiolo is grown just outside of the town of Sonoma. We barrel age for over 24 months and bottle age for an additional 12 months.
Aromas of rose petal, candy apple, Rainier cherry. Flavors of plum, negroni soaked orange peel, candied ginger, soft tannins.
