2025 Sparkling Viognier
These 100% Estate Viognier grapes were organically farmed and whole-cluster pressed. The carbonation was created by secondary fermenatation for a brut-style sparkling wine.
Fresh aromas of pear and gala apples, with hints of citrus zest and minerality. Light and bubbly on the palate, flavors of apple, stone fruit and citrus follow through to a clean finish.
