"The Hopkins family is known for growing premium Pinot Noir grapes in the heart of the Russian River Valley, specifically for sparkling wine use. Tiny clusters are harvested early to promote bright acidity with intense flavors and aromatics. This traditional méthode champenoise sparkling is made in the extra-brut style using Pinot Noir clone 115. Fewer than 75 cases produced."
