Nebbiolo is a varietal originally from Nothern Italy and used to make Barolo and Barbaresco. The Nebbiolo for this Sparkling Rosé is grown just outside of the town of Sonoma.
Only 44 cases made
Floral and citrus aromas. Flavors of honeysuckle, white peach, nectarine and Asian pear. This sparkling, with a light salmon hue, has a lively acidity accompanied by fine bubbles.
