Nebbiolo is a varietal originally from Northern Italy and used to make Barolo and Barbaresco. This Nebbiolo is grown just outside the town of Sonoma. We barrel age for over 24 months and bottle age for an additional 12 months.
Cherries, blood orange, rose petal, clove, anise, peppercorn, cedar, cigar-box.
