This Estate wine is a blend of certified organically grown fruit: 77% Cabernet Sauvignon , 13% Cabernet Franc , and 10% Merlot. Our Cabernet vines grow happily at the very topmost point of our property on Bradford Mountain. Situating vines up high on a hilltop, as opposed to a valley floor, can help train the vines to grown deeper roots to find water and nutrients. The vines will then tend to produce tiny, concentrated berries that, when crushed, create an incredibly well-structured, bold and complex wine.
